Evil bindings for [[https://github.com/alphapapa/magit-todos][magit-todos]].
Setup clears =j= and =k= on the todos section maps (older =magit-todos=
versions bound them, blocking evil's vertical motion through todos
sections) and adds a jump key on =magit-status=.
