Evil integration for [[https://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/emacs/Imenu.html][imenu]]. No keymap is touched; the setup only marks
=imenu= as a non-repeatable jump command for evil's jump list and dot-repeat
machinery.
** Notes
- =imenu= is declared with =evil-declare-not-repeat=.
- =imenu= is given the =:jump t= command property so it integrates with
=C-o= / =C-i= and =evil-set-jump=.
