Evil bindings for [[https://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/elisp/Comint.html][comint-mode]], the base mode for many Emacs shells and
REPLs (shell, inferior-lisp, sql, python, etc.). Bindings here propagate to
every derived mode that does not override them.
