  Standard motion / quit bindings come from =evil-collection-set-readonly-bindings=
  and are not repeated below. Calc's =calc-ext= prefix maps (=V=, =Y=, =Z=, =a=,
  =b=, =c=, =f=, =g=, =m=, =r=, =s=, =t=, =v=) are kept on their original keys;
  prefixes that conflict with evil motions are relocated.
